Molasses Tobacco Mixing Machine

This mixing machine is specially designed to mix tobacco leaf, molasses or honey, glycerin, flavors together. Due to the sticky nature of the molasses/honey, the heating system is required. Therefore, our machine provides heating while mixing all kind of ingredients together. Moreover, our shisha tobacco mixing machine is adopting S-shape of stirring paddle to agitate all ingredients which can make the mixture more evener.

Our molasses tobacco mixer uses two sets of motors and gearbox, mixing system, and dumping system. The stirring motor drives the S-shaped paddle to rotate through the main shaft to achieve mixing raw material evenly and completely. The reversing motor is specially used for tilting the U-slot container when unloading and adopts jog control to facilitate unloading.

The design of the U-slot mixer plus the S-shaped paddle makes the equipment perfectly solve the problems of low uniformity and dead angle caused by the different proportion of each raw ingredients.
