Molasses Tobacco Packing Line

Molasses tobacco packing line is a complete production line for packing tobacco molasses into packets and cartons. Our molasses tobacco packing line is using Siemens PLC control system for easier operation purpose. The production line comprises packet packing machine, packet cellophane wrapping machine, carton packing machine, and carton cellophane wrapping machine. Molasses tobacco packet packing machine is used to pack hookah tobacco pouch/bag into the paper box. Packet cellophane wrapping machine is used to wrap shisha tobacco packet with plastic film. Carton packing machine is used to pack ten packets of hookah tobacco into a carton box. In the final, carton cellophane wrapping machine is to wrap carton box with plastic film again.

Our molasses tobacco packing line is fully automatic and requires only 4-5 operators to run the production which slashes manpower amount. It’s able to produce 80-100 packets/min. In other words, it produces 8-10 cartons per minute.

Machine installation & commissioning: We will dispatch electric and mechanical engineers to destination factory for installation and commissioning. During this period, our engineers will give necessary training to local technician and operators to make sure they are capable of running the machine smoothly and do daily maintenance work.
