MC200 Cutter is composed of motor, shifting mechanism, tool holder, stepping and returning, adjustable knife holder mechanism, etc. Due to the advanced step feeding system, the cut piece is uniform in shape. Moreover, the operator can control the feeding distance flexibly basing on real situations, which will effectively avoid the bad things happening as too many raw materials may squeeze in front of the knife. Due to the rational mechanism layout, the machine is easy to operate, light in weight.

Since the power source is from the same motor, the movement of the transmission part and the cutting part is not only a separate system but also a close and interrelated overall movement. When the movement of the eccentric wheel, the five-star friction wheel, the gear wheel, and the sprocket shaft are in the stepping process (feeding the tobacco), and the knife holder is in the movement from the upper edge of the knife door to the uppermost position and then to the upper edge, so that the entire knife door is opened, so that the medicine feeding movement can be completed. When the eccentric wheel, the five-star friction wheel, the gear wheel, and the sprocket shaft stop feeding and in the movement gap (the rocker moves in the opposite direction, the five-star wheel disengages) the crankshaft moves from the upper position to the lower position, and the turret moves from the upper knife edge go to the lower edge to complete the cutting.
