MK9 Cigarette Making Machine

MK9 cigarette making machine is medium-high speed cigarette production machine with a capacity of 5,000 cigarette/min for king cigarette. It’s consisted of an MK9 cigarette maker, a MaxS filter assembler and a tray filler. Cigarette maker is used to wrap and form tobacco rods while filter assembler machine is used to cut and assemble filter tips with tobacco rods. MK9 cigarette making combination set is a smarter machine comparing to MK8. It’s a mechanical-electronic equipment with a touch panel to set orders for a machine running. Meanwhile, it features a microwave system to reject inferior-quality cigarettes automatically. It’s such a smart machine that requires only two skillful workers for production running. Our machine is capable of producing cigarettes diameter ranging from super slim 5.4mm to king size 7.8mm.

1.  The cigarette cutting system uses the double-knife single-cutting system with lower-rise temperature and lower noise. This gives the very good quality of the cigarette cut.

2.  The complete suction system and high air pressure system.

3.  The hopper system adopts AC servo motor to directly drive the tobacco cutting system. The timing belts are used instead of the gears, so the even tobacco-feeding is greatly improved and the maintenance cost is reduced as well.

4.  It adopts AC servo driving system that simplifies the mechanical structures and reduces the failure and maintenance cost, and improves the transmission precision.

5.  Electric control system:

   – Control center: it adopts the SIEMENS PLC S7-300 series.

   – Weight controller: the microwave weight control system is adapted to avoid any harm to people.

   – Man-machine interface: The SIEMENS touch screen provides a friendly man-machine interface, which displays the machine status and production data precisely. It is also convenient to modify the system parameter and check out the failure.
